At Esprit Winkel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Ondergoed (Underwear)
- Handschoenen (Gloves)
- Muts en hoeden (Hats)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Esprit Winkel purchase:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Please use the template below.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our warehouse at: Esprit Winkel Returns

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank’s processing time)
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days
Exchange Process
If you’re requesting an exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability), we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return. Shipping charges for the new item will apply unless the original item was faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
